How we cover the District and the DMV
Mercy Movers is dispatched out of one DC office, and we work the city first. Every neighborhood listed below is on our regular truck board — meaning our crew chiefs know the parking, the building managers and the freight-elevator quirks before we show up.
DC neighborhoods we work weekly
- Capitol Hill — brick rowhouses, marble stoops, English basements, Hill-staff turnover season.
- Georgetown — federal-style townhouses, cobblestone alleys, no driveways, permit parking only.
- Dupont Circle — embassy row, four- and five-story walk-ups, mixed condo stock.
- Adams Morgan — walk-ups and converted rowhomes, tight 18th Street parking.
- Logan Circle — three-floor luxury rowhomes with cellars.
- Shaw — historic rowhouse stock, new-build condos around the Convention Center.
- Navy Yard — Capitol Riverfront high-rises, strict COIs, reserved dock parking.
- Columbia Heights — mid-rise condos, pop-up rowhomes, 14th Street corridor.
Across the river and over the line
- Arlington VA — Rosslyn, Clarendon, Ballston, Crystal City, Pentagon City.
- Bethesda MD — single-family homes, downtown Bethesda mid-rises, Chevy Chase, Silver Spring corridor.

If you’re somewhere we haven’t listed individually — Brookland, NoMa, H Street NE, Petworth, Mt. Vernon Triangle, Anacostia — we still work there every week. Call the office or request a quote and we’ll tell you which crew is closest.
If you’re leaving the District entirely, see long-distance routes out of DC instead.
