I read every word our customers leave. When something goes sideways on a move — a tight Georgetown alley we should have scouted twice, a Wharf building that changed the freight window the morning of — I want to know. Those are the notes that make the next move better.
The patterns that come up most
- The flat rate held. The number we wrote down is the number people paid. That’s the single thing the reviews mention more than any other.
- The crew did the COI paperwork without being chased. Imani gets a lot of credit here, deservedly.
- The marble stoops, narrow Hill stairs and tight Georgetown landings got handled without dings. Andre and Marcus have done a thousand of these.
