The easiest way to reach us
The fastest path to a real number is a free walk-through quote. Tell us the pickup address, the destination, roughly what you’ve got, and your target date. We’ll either come walk the place or do a video walk-through, then send the flat rate the same day.
Who answers what
- Imani Reeves — office manager. Scheduling, COIs, elevator reservations, building paperwork.
- Curtis Banner — dispatcher. Move-day timing, truck arrival windows, crew assignments.
- Damon Whitfield — that’s me. Walk-throughs, long-distance estimates, anything that needs the owner.
Our service area
We work the District first — all four quadrants, every neighborhood from Capitol Hill to Columbia Heights. Across the river we cover Arlington, Alexandria and Falls Church VA. Over the line in Maryland we cover Bethesda, Silver Spring, Chevy Chase, Rockville and Takoma Park. For long-distance work see our routes out of DC.
Office hours
- Monday–Friday: 7:30 AM – 7:00 PM
- Saturday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Sunday: by appointment for long-distance loads and federal PCS jobs
Trucks roll seven days a week in season. If you need a Sunday or holiday load-out for a closing or a federal report-date, ask — we usually find a way.
What to have ready when you call
- Pickup address with floor, elevator vs. stairs, and parking situation
- Destination address (or city + ZIP for long-distance)
- Move date and any building-imposed time window
- Rough inventory — bedrooms is fine, exact list is better
- Anything heavy, fragile or oddly shaped (piano, safe, marble top, art)
